In South Africa a 'Gala" is a swim meet. Cason had two this week. There were lots of swimmers and 'our boy' ( term of endearment here and not just for your own 'boy') swam well.
The amazing thing to me was the tea shop at the Gala's. They serve coffee and teas, tiny sandwiches and cakes. The Gala's were lovely affairs!
